| A successful residential development
isn't just about the quality of the building, its facilities and location,
it's also about the strength of the communities that reside within
them, and how well they interact with one another and staff who manage
the buildings. |
To that end, we do our best to
stimulate communication between residents and property managers by the
provision of web sites dedicated to residential developments. These web
sites provide a wide range of online tools such as discussion forums,
online polls and surveys together with forms that enable residents to
notify the building managers of problems, pending deliveries etc. etc. Through these web sites, Ballymore Residential Management is able to
monitor the "pulse" of each development and in so doing strive
to provide the very best customer service. Public and Private
Our residential web sites provide several levels of access. Public access will
be limited to general information about the development, it's facilities,
locality, profile of dwellings and travel information. Residents however, once they have registered and had their registration
validated by the residential management, will have access to much more
content, and will be able to participate in forums, polls, surveys live
chat etc. |

In addition to our concern for communities that reside within
our developments, we also take a very active interest in the wider
community that surrounds our developments. We are extremely aware
of the social changes that are being brought about by the redevelopment
of Docklands, and we feel we have a responsibility to help make those
changes positive for existing residents.
